Churches need cohesive leadership that works together in pursuit of the same vision. When a particular individual shows signs of dissension—for whatever reason—a change must be made. Take time to reconsider your approach to firing staff members. Think through Dave's recommendation and be intentional about implementing any changes that need to be made to your process.
