Dave said, "An ounce of provision is worth a pound of cure." When church leader work at creating a culture prepared to lean into grace during times of failure, it eliminates confusion and helps to unity the body of Christ. Look for ways to more intentionally communicate grace to your people. Help them to see God's grace more clearly in order that they might extend it to those around them.
