Linda Stanley is Vice President and Team Leader at Leadership Network. Noel Heikkinen is a pastor at Riverview Church in the Lansing, Michigan area. Noel also serves as the US Midwest Network Director for Acts 29. David McDonald is Lead Pastor at Westwinds Community Church in Jackson, Michigan and the author of several books.

Both Noel and David shared their experience with leadership development. Noel said there is a leadership vacuum at his church because the process for leadership development is so slow. David said that in trying to avoid an arrogant ethos, he and his staff came off like jerks to guys who just wanted to learn and grow. Consider what you can learn from their experiences.
