Confronting issues among leadership requires a great deal of wisdom. Pay attention to the fruits proceeding from the lives of those involved in ongoing conflict. Like Mike said, it may give you a better perspective as to whether or not they ought to be removed. In all things, ask God to grant you wisdom in the process. He is faithful and generous to those who ask.
