As a leader in the church, you can recognize when it is time to do away with a particular program for the spiritual health of the ministry. While it's easier to simply cut them and move on, sometimes God desires for us to lead with more patience as a way of caring for those who participate in the programs. Ask God to give you a great measure of grace when dealing with the people involved in dysfunctional programs. Be bold in your leadership, but with grace and care.
