Consider Will’s points when you evaluate your ministries. Maybe you could combine ministries, or allow one ministry to filter into another. One option is to cascade—limit who hears about the ministry. You could cage a ministry by limiting finances and communication. If all else fails, take practical steps toward cutting a program.
