When Tom’s church transitioned from four co-pastors to one lead pastor, lines had to be drawn and expectations set. It took five years to create a governing document, but today, the church is enjoying the fruits of that labor. Consider if restructuring or creating more clearly defined roles in your ministry would benefit staff and congregants.
