As Mark said, you cannot delegate prayer. It's something you have to model for people as an example they can follow. Take some time to consider your church's maturity in regards to the discipline of prayer. Think creatively about ways to promote prayer as a priority and strive to model the spiritual discipline for those entrusted to your care.
