Like Dan said, there will be times when leaders have to move one of their sheep for the sake of the flock. For a variety of reasons, tensions will arise in ministry due to someone not being placed correctly in their role. Consider your own staff and whether or not there are any tensions that need addressing today. Be bold to confront it and gracious in your approach. Ask God to use you to set an example of service to others.
