As Jeff said, you can teach people what you know, but you will ultimately teach others according to who you are. The ways in which we live our lives communicate on a deeper level than any words can reach. Take time to consider who you are becoming and how your staff has the opportunity to witness that change. Ask God to give you the wisdom to see where you need to alter your own path in order to become a more effective leader for the people in your care.
