When it comes to the longterm viability of your ministry, Matt noted two options: you can hoard it and bottleneck its effectiveness or you can train up others, bless them, and applaud their efforts as they carry on the work. Look for opportunities to empower your team member. Entrust them with weighty ministry and teach them what it means to responsibly pursue it. Ask God to give you wisdom in how He desires for you to invest in enduring work for His glory.
