Everyone has areas in their lives where they have grown stale by settling in safety and comfort. Doing so limits our ability to both serve and lead those people entrusted to our care. Ask God to give you the eyes to see those areas in your life and ministry and work to reverse that trend. Take faithful risks in order to energize your staff and bring a new sense of purpose to your work for the church.
