Like Wes said, churches have the responsibility of creating healthy environments for the proclamation of the gospel, which is something that cannot occur when competition exists among the staff. As a leader in your church, commit yourself to creating healthy, covenantal environments that affirm the individual strengths of team members while also encouraging active teamwork.
