Leaders have a responsibility to help staff members grow in their own leaderships to the best of their ability. As Dan shared, this means joining with them in the ongoing work God is going with their lives and understanding their strengths and weaknesses. It requires time and effort, but yields fruit in the long run. Look for ways to incorporate these disciplines into your own leaders. Be proactive about coming alongside your team members and helping them grow into what God has called them to be.
