As a leader, the direction you set will have a profound impact on you team. It's important to bring in people who share both the values and the vision of the church. Like Darren said, a team is only as strong as its weakest member. Consider the course you have set for your ministry. Work at developing a staff that is passionate about the goals placed before them.
