In the process of church growth, it's important to raise up new leadership to share the increase in responsibility. This is a principle embedded throughout the pages of Scripture. As you commit yourself to this process, be intentional about delegating responsibility, allowing the room to fail, praising success publicly, and criticizing privately. Let these serve as bedrock principles for developing new leadership.
