Collaboration is a vital element in a thriving staff. It provides opportunities for individuals to leverage the strengths of others in order to produce something that would have been impossible alone. Look for ways to incorporate collaborative environments into your staff culture. Use them to encourage deeper relationships and a more unified team as you seek to minister to those God has placed your midst.
