As Bob said, every team member will be flawed in one way or another. The key is in how you choose to view your teammates because that will determine how you respond as a result. Choose to see them in a positive light relationally, practice humility, and extend the benefit of the doubt when circumstances go wrong. Ask God to grant you patience in the process.
