Jesus said, "my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matt. 11:30). When we take our eyes off of Him, we take on burdens that we cannot bear on our own. It's essential for a church staff to remain yoked to Jesus for effective ministry to the body of Christ. Consider ways that you can better encourage those on your staff to make connecting with Jesus a regular part of their routine.
