The body of Christ needs capable leadership, but those leaders must be given the room to grow in their areas of weakness. Like Lee said, it's important to have the right people on the bus, but we need to be patient when it comes to removing those who do not contribute to the health of the church. Take strides towards building a family environment among your staff and ask God to use it to strengthen His church.
