Like Kevin said, anxiety suffocates. It robs a staff of precious oxygen needed to focus on Christ and pursue His will. But a non-anxious leader serves as a breath of fresh air to others. Ask God to help you in your moments of anxiety. Allow Him to be your foundation so that you can be fully present and engaged with your staff.
