Ed offered his four "C's" of a championship team member: competence, character, commitment, and chemistry. Each of these plays an important role in a member's contribution to the staff goal. As you continue developing the culture of your staff, be honest about the areas that need improvement. Put into practice some of the measurements Ed mentioned and encourage your team towards a higher level of excellence in their service to the church.
