It’s tempting to think that the most important thing to remember in succession is to find the right person, “fit,” or personality for your church. At the end of the day, though, what matters most is the Lord and honoring Him in your search. Commit today to seek Him. Allow His love for the Church to guide your process and see how things unfold.
