20 - Who Is the Redeemer?

Question 20

We can respond to question twenty with the following answer: the only Redeemer is the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, in whom God became man and bore the penalty for sin Himself.

Mark said Jesus redeems us through His perfect life, violent death, and glorious resurrection. We become free from sin and death through and because of Jesus. What stands out to you the most about this answer? Why?

When we put our faith in Jesus, He redeems us. He paid the penalty for sin so we could be reconciled to God. We share in His victory over sin and now live in true freedom.
