Stand Firm

The Nines Conference 2014

In this 5-minute session from The Nines Conference 2014, Harvey Turner, Founding and Preaching Pastor of Living Stones Church in Reno, Nevada, hones in on the biblical view of marriage. God has not given you the responsibility of replacing His Word in the lives of other people, but instead to shepherding others according to His Word. As Harvey said, “The moment you start putting down the Word of God and shepherding out of your own opinion and insight, there’re going to be some problems and you’re no longer shepherding out of the authority of God.” May your life be marked by a commitment to the truth of God's Word, one filled with kindness and patience, trusting Him to accomplish the work of repentance.
