The purpose of a company or a single job can often feel narrow. When we limit our view of our work to what we do or make, we often miss out on a perspective that allows us to use our work to honor God. What’s your purpose? In this video from the WorkMatters FUSE Forum, Donnie Smith describes the purpose of Tyson Foods Inc. as the President and CEO of Tyson, Donnie’s purpose in particular is to make a difference.  



Having a clear purpose in our work gives us the means to integrate our faith with our jobs. We can view our jobs as more than producing products or services and, instead, as impacting people. We can impact people and honor God while doing it.
