Dan shared how his team seeks to relate with change, but also stay the course. He said, “At Chick-fil-A, I’m so thankful that our corporate purpose gives a sense of true north for us…The truth that has helped us stay the course and keep the main thing the main thing is this statement: We’re here to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive impact of all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.”
