The local church is the tool with which God advances His interests in the world. We need to be diligent about building up the church to be effective for ministry—through our preaching, our training and equipping, and through the vision that we cast for our people. As you look at your own church, remember that God is working in a through your people. Ask God how you can participate in His work with your congregation.
