Often in an attempt to make the gospel appealing to the culture, we can forfeit an accurate portrayal of God’s character. God’s Word is clear: He is merciful, but just. He will save the repentant and faith-laden, but punish the wicked who refuse to turn to God. We must teach the whole truth about God, and in doing so, we present the true gospel.
