The transformation of humans into new beings that can enter the kingdom of God starts with regeneration. The gospel challenges us to look at the work of the Holy Spirit in enlivening our spirits to live again and to respond in faithfulness to God. Remember that you have been washed in water and with the Spirit by the direction of God. You are new.
