In this 83-minute session, four women discuss the realities of working as a women in the business world. Cheryl Hunter, Aubrey Jolly Graham, Yolonda Reed, and Alicia Miller talk about the difficulties of balancing the demands of womanhood with the pressures of working in the business world. Each woman brings a unique perspective cultivated through various work backgrounds.

Balance is difficult in any area of life. As a woman in the workplace, balance can seem completely out of reach. However, with the right foundations built upon the security of our relationship with Jesus Christ, we can navigate both our responsibilities to our families and the work to which we each feel called.
