5 - PURPOSE

CELEBRATE YOUR IMPACT

You have considered the impact of grace, the gospel, relationships, and leadership in the lives of the kids you serve. This final session is an encouragement to realize your importance as a group leader.

1 Corinthians 15:58 (ESV)

Josh said, “Though God does not need you, He chooses to use you. God is self-sufficient. He doesn’t need anything. However, it is an honor to play a part. How special to labor alongside the God of the universe and watch him open the eyes of kids to see his gospel.”

You are the embodiment of the gospel to the children you serve. You are a teacher of truth. You are a significant adult. You are being used by God to bring children to faith in Jesus Christ.

To successfully partner with God to lead kids to Christ, it is crucial to develop a healthy spiritual life that imitates Jesus. Be sure to check out the Preparing Yourself course for children’s ministry workers. Click here to get started!
