Nijalon grew up in a rough neighborhood and sold drugs to pay the rent. He felt compelled to go on a mission trip after a teacher at school shared a video. As soon as Nijalon got back from the trip, he resumed selling drugs and was caught. When word got to his teacher, she and the community rallied around Nijalon and told him that God had more for him than selling drugs. Nijalon placed his faith in Christ, and he now sees that he has been redeemed in order to reach his community. This story can also be found in Decisions featuring Eric Mason.
