Fred “Chip” Luter III is pastor of the Sulphur Springs campus of Idlewild Baptist Church in Tampa, Florida. In the fall of 2002, Chip began his journey at Dallas Baptist University in preparation of fulfilling the call. In December 2006, Chip graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and served as the Pastor of Youth and Young Adults at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church in New Orleans. Chip and his wife,  Jasmine reside in the Tampa area.
