Constance Rhodes

Constance Rhodes is the Founder and CEO of FINDINGbalance, a Christian non-profit health and wellness organization dedicated to helping people eat well and live free, and the founding director of the new Christian Eating Disorders Collaborative Network, the worlds first referral website for Christian eating disorder professionals.

She is the author of Life Inside the Thin Cage: A Personal Look into the Hidden World of the Chronic Dieter and Finding Balance with Food, a 12-week study for churches, colleges and counseling centers, and the editor of The Art of Being: Reflections on the Beauty and the Risk of Being Who We Are, as well as More Than a Number: Know Your Value, Change Your World. Her ministry through FINDINGbalance has reached over a million people since it's launch in 2003, and continues to develop new and innovative ways to help people find balance with food, weight and wellness, including their flagship “Lasting Freedom” online support program.

A frequent media guest, Rhodes has appeared on PBS, Focus on the Family, Family Life, Chris Fabry Live, Good Morning Texas, The Harvest Show, At Home Live, Dawson McAllister Live, American Family Radio, Michael Easley “In Context”, Kat Lee's “Inspired to Action” and other media programs.

In addition to serving as CEO of FINDINGbalance, Constance partners with Compassion International with “More Than a Number,“ directed toward helping women know their value, so they can change their world through shifting dollars from diets to feeding hungry children. Constance received her Practical Theology diploma in 1990 from Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX. She and her husband, AJ, reside in Franklin, Tennessee with their three children.
