Tara Russell


Tara Russell is the president of fathom, a social impact company that offers a new category of travel, and global impact lead of Carnival Corporation, the world's largest travel and leisure company. 

Prior to Carnival Corporation, Tara was the Founder and CEO of Create Common Good, a non-profit social enterprise that provides training and employment to refugees and a wide variety of other populations with barriers to employment. Tara also co-founded NightLight International, an organization serving women-at-risk in Bangkok, Thailand. NightLight builds support networks internationally to intervene and assist women, men and children whose lives are negatively impacted by the sex industry.

Tara started her career with a number of Fortune 500 companies, including a variety of roles with Nike, Intel, and General Motors. She and her husband, Jeff, have two children and reside in Boise, Idaho.
