As wife to college sweetheart Frank, mom to four faithforward young adults, and sister and friend, she roots into
listening to God, culture, and people, and discerning wise,
She has served as CEO of two of America’s largest women’s ministries – MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers International) and Stonecroft – reaching 180,000 women annually, achieving Best Christian Workplace Awards, and innovating ways to engage families with faith and each other.
She has also helped children and communities grow more whole, serving as a World Vision National Director and Compassion International Strategy and Advocacy leader.
Naomi is General Editor, alongside Steve Arterburn, of Tyndale Publishing’s upcoming Every Woman’s Bible. She has spoken at more than 50 national events, including Ethics and Religious Liberties Commission, Thrive, Christian Alliance for Orphans, Northwest MinCon, Fuller Theological Seminary, with International Justice Mission, Group Publishing, Marketing2Moms, Denver Seminary, and more. She holds a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a Doctorate in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. Her research received the seminary’s 2017 Leadership Award.
