Joel Muddamalle serves as the Director of Theology and Research at Proverbs 31 Ministries and works on Lysa Terkeurst’s team. Joel is married to Brittany and they have three sons (Liam, Levi, Lucas) and just welcomed their baby girl, Emelia Jane! Joel holds an undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies, a Master’s Degree in Psychology, graduated from Knox Theological Seminary, and is a PhD student at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Theology. Joel’s passion is to teach the Bible, and help others unpack the depth and beauty of God’s Word, and experience its transformative power in their lives. When Joel’s not reading, researching, or writing you can catch him with his kids re-watching the Bull’s documentary “The Last Dance” on repeat; or on the basketball court shooting hoops!
