George DeJong is the senior pastor of Holland Heights Church in Holland, Michigan. He is also the director of Under the Fig Tree, a ministry that combines tours of the Holy Land with biblical teaching. He has a master’s of divinity from Calvin College and his passion is to study the Bible and teach it in the context of Egypt, Jordan, and Israel where he has led tours for twenty years.
