Helen Mitchell


Helen Mitchell the Director of the Talbot Center for Faith, Work & Economics at the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University and faculty in the Crowell School of Business at Biola University. She teaches Business Organizational Ethics in the Business undergraduate program and Leadership, Change and Innovation in the MBA program. She is a speaker, author and consultant to business leaders and pastors, and a voice for women in the marketplace. Previously, she was an executive in high tech and served on the pastoral staff at Saddleback Church. She was the architect and visionary of the Saddleback@Work ministry at Saddleback Church. She is the founder and CEO of Strategic Management Resources, a strategy and management consulting firm, based in Orange County, California. Helen holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and a Masters in Biblical and Theological Studies from the Talbot School of Theology, at Biola University.
