A Criminal Justice Ministry expert, Joseph Williams is the Founder and President of the Christian Association for Prison Aftercare, and the Founder and CEO of New Creations Community Outreach, which works for the restoration and transition of former prisoners. Joseph is also the author of the book Sheep in Wolves’ Clothing: When the Actions of a Christian Turn Criminal. In the book, he details his own experience with drugs, crime, and prison, and offers the hope of freedom for those who find themselves in a similar place. Joseph serves on the Advisory Board for the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism’s Institute for Prison Ministry. He and his wife, Sharon Marie, have four adult children.
