Gary Comer
Gary Comer has been a pastor, church planting coach, outreach director and international mission’s trainer. He has authored six books, and currently serves as the adjunct professor of mission at Talbot Theological Seminary. Gary is also the president of Soul Whisperer Ministry, a ministry he founded to resource the mission efficacy of churches. His first book, Soul Whisperer: Why the Church Must Change the Way it Views Evangelism, teaches Christians the art of spiritual influence. Through the study of Scripture and real-life experiences, Soul Whisperer makes accessible to Christians the deep, deft influence pattern of Christ.
His newest release, ReMission: Rethinking How Church Leaders Create Movement, asks: Why do we have so many biblically literate Christians who are missionally ineffective disciples? The rectifying process which he terms: “ReMission” guides leaders in rethinking how to tackle the mission-empowerment equation. Practically, the book/videos offer formation concepts, innovative solutions and needed skills to reach a more distant and diverse culture with the gospel.
