Don and Alexandra (Alex) Flecky are Directors of Marriage Ministries at Evangelical Free Church in Fullerton, California and have led church-based marriage programs and trainings for over 25 years. The Fleckys also operate a nonprofit that provides skills-based relationship education programs, facilitator trainings, and public awareness campaigns aimed at increasing the well-being of children, families, co-workers, church, and community.

Alex has been a university instructor teaching communication classes for over 20 years. Through their classes, trainings and conference workshops, the Fleckys have invested in thousands of couples on five continents.

Don and Alex have been married for 37 years, have three adult children and one granddaughter, and live in Southern California.
