Dr. Virgil Dugan is on the board at the Tijeras Foundation, a foundation focused on enhancing, elevating, and encouraging Christian ministries in New Mexico and around the world. He also serves on the board of the National Christian Foundation. Prior to these positions Virgil spent 34 years with Sandia National Laboratories where he managed research and development programs and oversaw corporate management responsibilities as Chief of Staff. In addition to foundation and church related ministries, Virgil is a consultant in financial asset management, has served as trustee of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has participated on numerous organizational boards. He has a Ph.D. from Mississippi State University in electrical engineering and mathematics. Virgil and his wife, Sandy, live near Albuquerque, New Mexico.
