Philip Ryken
Dr. Philip Ryken has served as President of Wheaton College since 2010, where he studied philosophy and English literature. He earned a master of divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary and a doctorate in historical theology from the University of Oxford. Philip returned from England to join the pastoral staff at Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia in 1995, preaching there until his appointment at Wheaton. He has published more than 40 books, including expository commentaries on Exodus, Ecclesiastes, and Galatians. Philip and his wife, Lisa, have five children.
