John is a entrepreneur, author, consultant and radio personality. He has spent over 30 years strategizing with Entrepreneurs on how to grow their businesses. Beginning in 1982 he started TEC (The Executive Committee) in Florida and personally worked one-on-one with hundreds of CEOs of fast-growing, mid-sized companies through a roundtable process of problem solving with major focus on quality, service and profitability. After 13 years, with 300 clients and a staff of 20, he sold the business, sensing that God was taking him in a different direction.

He quickly felt the “calling” to write, True Wealth…By the Book, where he spent over two years personally researching insightful content for the book. John uncovered over 140 inspiring stories and illustrations of the 3 cornerstones of Truth for business leaders who followed or failed to learning from Biblical Principles. The book was in the Top 10% of sales on Amazon.com for three years.

In 2000, he founded Wise Counsel, a small group process which helps Entrepreneurs and Executives focus on the balance between their Business and Spiritual calling. Today, he selectively works with just 30 Entrepreneurs and ministry leaders through his process

For four years, John and a team of Executives worked to create a video based training series called Genesis: The Business Workshop. This series educates and inspires leaders with the knowledge of building a business on a solid foundation from a Biblical Perspective. It is filled with stories and examples of men like J.C. Penney, John D. Rockefeller, Sam Walton, James Kraft and 50 others. It is now available on RightNowTraining.org to churches.

John has authored two other books making an impact on Christians in the Marketplace. “The Untold Secret That Creates Great Leaders,” helping leaders discover the truth of how business legends achieved their ultimate treasure. More recently he completed 14 months of research on “The Freedom Revolution Rocking our World…the inspiring story of how Freedom and the Church are transforming nations.”

John also hosts his own radio show known as Marketplace Witness on WAYRadio in North Florida, where he interviews local and national executives and ministry leaders every Saturday morning as they share their testimonies.
