Church is made up of people, not a building. We’re a church of more than 140 nationalities, a wide range of ages, singles, married couples, families, and people from all different church backgrounds.
The dream for Victory Church began in 1987 when Pastor Dennis Rouse received a vision from God for a church that would bridge the cross-cultural gam in Atlanta, GA through the reconciliation of cultures.
Pastors Dennis & Colleen Rouse, along with their daughter Lauren, began what became Victory Church on a Friday evening in 1989 with a Bible Study in their apartment home. Our first official church service was held on February 4th, 1990, in a daycare center with seven people in
attendance. Shortly thereafter, the vision of bridging the gap between cultures was becoming a reality in our congregation. Today, we minister to over 16,000 people from more than 140 nations weekly between
locations: Victory Norcross, Victory Hamilton Mill and Victory Midtown. Between these locations we hold ten weekend services and live stream five of them online.
